Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of online courses, subscriptions or digital products sold through Reflex FMGE. Offline products (such as printed books) are not eligible for refunds.
3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Payments for offline products (books, physical materials) are non-refundable. Any third-party fees (payment gateway charges, taxes) may be non-refundable depending on the collecting party’s policy.
Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase within three (3) days of payment, Reflex FMGE will refund 100% of the fees paid. After this period, cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions stated at time of purchase or in the specific product terms.
