Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Reflex FMGE websites and applications (the “Site” and the “App”) and related services provided by GoodEd. By using the Site or App you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or App.
Definitions and Application
“We”, “us”, “our” or “Reflex” refers to Reflexprep Technologies Private Limited. “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person accessing the Site or App, whether registered or not. This Agreement applies to all users and supersedes any additional terms that may appear in specific sections of the Site; those additional terms do not override this Agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.
Eligibility and Accounts
When you register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. If you represent a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Personal Information
“Personal information” means data that identifies or can be used to contact you (e.g., name, email, phone). Use and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
License & Acceptable Use
You may use the Site and App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, scrape, or systematically harvest Reflex Content (text, images, questions, notes, data) without our prior written consent. Unauthorized collection or reuse of content (via bots, spiders, or manual means) is prohibited.
Third-Party Content & Links
Some content may be provided by third parties (“Third-Party Content”). Reflex FMGE is not the author of Third-Party Content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality or appropriateness. Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement; you should review their terms and privacy policies.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post or transmit content that: is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or otherwise violates applicable law or this Agreement. Reflex FMGE may remove any content it reasonably believes violates these rules.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in the Site, App and Reflex FMGE content (including logos, trademarks, questions, notes and UI) are owned by Reflex FMGE or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse such materials except as expressly permitted in writing by Reflexprep. “Reflex”, “Reflex FMGE” and related marks are trademarks of Replexprep.
User-Provided Content License
By posting content to the Site, you grant Reflex FMGE a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute and display that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Site and related services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant this license.
Modifications, Suspension & Termination
Reflex FMGE may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Reflex FMGE may restrict access to any feature or suspend/terminate accounts for violations, suspected abuse, or at its discretion.
Disclaimers & No Warranty
The Site and App are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Reflex FMGE does not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs. You use the Site at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflex FMGE (and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site. Reflex FMGE's aggregate liability per user is limited to the greater of: (a) the fees paid by you to Reflex FMGE in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) ₹1,000.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Reflex FMGE harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of third-party rights.
Force Majeure
All notices to Reflex FMGE should be sent to its registered office address above. Notices to Users may be delivered by posting on the Site, email, or other contact details on record and are effective when sent.
Assignment
Reflex FMGE may assign this Agreement to any affiliate or successor. You may not assign this Agreement without Reflex FMGE's written consent.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
Notices
The Site and App are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Reflex FMGE does not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs. You use the Site at your own risk.
Miscellaneous
If any provision is invalid, the remainder will continue in effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
